Friday,  January 17th  from 6:00-8:00PM

Hang out with your favorite child while you both paint your favorite nocturnal animal! Pick from opossum or raccoon then personalize it. Paint a night picture with snow or stars add a scarf or a flower garland!!! You pick. So much fun! Cost is $55 for one adult and one child! $75 for one adult and two children.

No School!? Join us to celebrate some of your favorite mythical creatures. Pick an awesome wood sculpture to paint and decorate, then create a home for your creature. Make a wall hanging for your room and more!

Custom Pet Portraits for Valentine’s Day!!!!

We are offering a limited number of hand painted pet portraits for Valentine’s Day.  Artist, Kate Gorham, Owner of The Golden Button will make your beautiful custom portrait of your dog, cat, horse, favorite animal or exotic pets will be painted with acrylic paint and varnished.

Please supply us with 2-4 clear photos (can be emailed to info@goldenbuttonshop.com). One animal on each heart or mini canvas. Please let us know if you would like the animal’s name on your painting.

We are offering custom portraits on your choice of  wooden hearts, mini canvases on tiny easels or paintings on canvases.

$25 for a wooden heart 

$30 for a mini canvas on a mini easel

$50 for one small canvas (5 X7) (one or two pets on this canvas or let us know if you are looking for a larger size canvas)

Adult Sewing Class

Meets Tuesdays: January 7, 14, 21 and 28th from 2:00 PM- 3:00PM 

Join us to do some super fun sewing! Bring your sewing machine and manual… we will supply the rest! (4 weeks) We will make a beginner project then you may pick your projects.

Cost is $70 plus $25 supply fee.

 

Tuesday Sewing 

Meets Tuesday: January 7, 14, 21 and 28th Between 3:00- 6:00 PM                                         

We will be having sewing classes from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesdays. You may chose to come for 1 hour or 1.5 hours. Please arrive at 3:00, 3:30, 4:00, or 4:30 Bring your sewing machine and manual… we will supply the rest! Make what you want!!!! Many projects to pick from! (Let us know if you are taking the bus to the studio) All levels are welcome (4 weeks) Please let us know exactly what time you will arrive and how long you will be staying and please stick to that schedule for the 4 weeks.

Cost is $65 plus $27 supplies for 1 hour                                                  Cost is $104 plus $36 for 1.5 hour class

 

Adult / Child Sewing Class 

Meets Tuesday: January 7, 14, 21 and 28th from 5:00 to 6:00 PM

Adults and children (great for parent or caregiver and child) will create several machine sewn projects!!! Beginners are welcome. Pick your project. Learn to use your machine and sew together….or continue to learn new skills! Bring your machine, sewing kits, and manual. Class is designed so each participant creates their own project. Cost is $100 plus $36 supply fee (COST COVERS ONE CHILD AND ONE ADULT.)

 

After school Art :Choose your own adventure

Meets Wednesdays: January 8, 15, 22 and 29th from 3:00-4:00

Created mainly for Region 14 kids who get off the bus at our studio at 3 PM 

Join us for one hour every week to paint, draw and create. Bring a snack and relax after school. 

Cost is $60 plus $20 for supplies

 

Kids Art: Animals

Meets Wednesdays: January 8, 15, 22 and 29th from 4:00-5:00

Join us on Thursday afternoons for some Super fun art making! Great for all age kids!! Kids will work at their own pace creating artwork based on animals! Soooo much fun! Each week we will be focusing on different mediums! Cost is $65 plus a $20 supply fee.

After School Art! Mixed Media Art

Meets Thursdays: January 9, 16, 23 and 30th from 4:30 to 5:30 PM

Elementary to middle school age kids work on their drawing, painting and sculpture skills while creating fun artwork! Kids work at their own level. Cost is $65 plus $32 supply fee

 

Teen and Adult Painting

Meets Thursday: January 9, 16, 23 and 30th from 5:30 PM- 6:30PM

Teens and adults are invited to come and create awesome paintings! Paint on canvas and work on your skills! We will be working in acrylic paint and other fun mediums. You pick your own subjects. Miss Kate will help guide you. Relax and be creative. Cost is $80 plus $20 supply fee

 

Mommy and Mini Art: Winter Art!

Meets Friday: January 10, 17, 24 and 31st from 11:00- 11:30 ish AM 

Have so much fun with your little one! Super fun messy art for parents or caregivers and little kids (6 months and up) Come and explore while creating great projects!! Awesome safe and age appropriate projects. All supplies are non toxic. (4 week session) Paint, clay and more! Cost is $65 for the whole series.
