Adult/ Child Summer Sewing  (2 weeks)                                                                                                                   

Meets Tuesday in June 23 and 30th  from 4:30- 5:30 PM                                                                              

Parent/Adults and  child  sewing class. Join us together to work on your sewing skills and make projects while you both learn to sew. This is great for kids and their favorite adult! Bring one or two sewing machines we will supply the rest.  Cost is $100 (Covers one adult and one child)

Wednesday, June 24, Thursday, June 25 and Friday, June 26th 

Summer Sewing- from 2:00 to  3:00 PM

Join us for this awesome sewing class. Great for beginners or kids who have sewing experience. Create a super fun summer bag to hold all your treasures. Other projects to pick from too! Bring your machine and we will supply the rest. ($100 per person) 

Summer Creature Art- from 3:00 to  4:00 PM

Kids of all ages can create art based on creatures, create a large piece of art with mixed mediums and some secret tricks to make it more fun! Make a summer coral sculpture with lots of ocean creatures and mini star fish. Use lots of fun messy mediums, clay and more. Mini Camp last three days. Great for children of all ages ($95 per child) 

Special Event- Guided Painting- Eagle and Fireworks 

Wednesday, July 1st from 5:00-7:00 PM 

Join Miss Kate to celebrate the 250th anniversary and guides you through a sparkly fireworks painting with a super awesome eagle! Great for kids 5 and up. Adults can join too! (Cost is $40 per person)

Special Event- Adopt a Summer Critter Crafternoon

Thursday, July 2nd from 1:00-3:00PM 

Join us for a super fun adoption day. Adopt a summer critter (Patriotic  Summer inspired animals avaliable too!!) Then make everything they need for a super fun summer picinic. Grab a basket and fill it with mini hot dogs, some ice pops. A picnic blanket and more. (Plus tiny flags!) (Cost is $55 per person) Critters are limited… Please sign up early.

Monday, June 29, Tuesday, June 30th and Wednesday, July 1st,

Learn to Sew- from 11:00 to 12:00PM

Join us for this awesome sewing class. Bring your machine and we will supply the rest! (Kids who know how to sew are also welcome to join!) Cost is $100 

Fireworks and Science Art – from 12:00 to 1:00PM

Kids 5 and up can create art based on Fireworks, science and sparkly patriotic slime. Mini Camp last three days. (Cost is $95) 

Mini Summer Camps

Wednesday, July 8, Thursday, July 9, and Friday, July 10th 

Cottage Cheese Mouse House- From 11:00 am- 1:00 pm

 Join us for this super fun mini summer camp. Each child will get a mouse cottage… a cottage cheese mouse cottage, to be exact… first decorate it. Then learn how to create several pieces of furniture, some pots and a bowl and a chair. Next…sew a mini pillow and blanket. And then make some food and a shelf to store it.. oh… did we forget to mention we make a mouse! (We made this mini camp extra long this year because we could use ever single second.) (Cost is $150)

Special Event- Goldilocks and the 3 bears- Adoption Crafternoon

Monday, Junly 13th from 11:00 am- 12:30 pm

 Join us for this super fun adoption Crafternoon. We will read goldilocks and the three bears and each child will get to adopt a stuffed bear… first decorate it/ make it some clothes, then pick a bed and decorate that, complete with a pillow and a blanket too!. We will decorate a bowl of porage and a tiny spoon and more. (Great for all age kids, even little kids can do it with a little help) Cost is $55 

Mini Summer Camps

Monday, July 13, Tuesday, July 14, and Wednesday, July 15th

Paper Mache Mini Summer Camp From 12:30 pm- 2:00 pm

 Join us for this super fun mini summer camp. Create super awesome 3-d Paper mache food or animal sculptures. This is great for kids 7 and up through middle school. Children will make a plan, then create an armature and paper mache it. Then we will do some fun tricks to create realistic scultpures. (Cost is $130)

Kids Summer Paint Night: Unicorns  

Thursday, July 9th from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM                                                                                     

Join us for this super fun paint night. Come and create a super shimmery Unicorn painting! Add metallic or rainbow mane and glitter! Miss Kate will guide you through step by step. This is a really fun play date! Ages 5 and up Cost: $40 for one or $70 for two participants who come together

Join us this summer for some super fun mini summer camps. Three days of fun themes and projects. All Arts & crafts classes are great for preschool, kindergarten and elementary age kids. (Hand sewing is best for ages 5/6 and up and machine its typically 7 and up to teen. Please bring your sewing machine or make arrangements to borrow one from us) (Save $5 if you pay by cash or check) 

Please do not come to the studio if you are sick! We will offer one makeup per session for illness related absents

Explore  glowing slime, mushrooms, stars, bioluminesence and all the cool things that glow! All ages are welcome. Each project with have a glow element. $95

Mini Sewing Camps: Hand Sewing Animals

from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

Join us for this fun and exciting stuffed animals sewing class. Handsew your favorite animals, add special eyes and other special touches too! Great for beginners. Pick from our huge selection of sweet little handsewing patterns… Cats, horses, unicorns, sea creatures, dinosaurs and more. Ages 5 and up  $95

Mini Summer Camps: Little Houses

from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

This mini camp is for the kids who love little things. Make a magical little house to play with. We will include so many magical elements. Create little items to decorate your house and so much more. Create magical little nature houses.   $95

Mini Sewing Camps: Beginner Sewing

from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Always wanted to learn how to sew? Make clothes, bags, pillows or stuffed animals? This is a great class for beginners (You can also sign up and work at your own pace if you are not a beginner! Beginners will make several easy patterns where they will learn to sew buttons, corners, follow and cut out patterns and more.  $95

Mini Summer Camps: 3-d Food Art- Cake Decorating and Candy Making

Join us for Miss Kate’s favorite class! Make awesome 3-d foods out of all sorts of very fun and messy items. Even decorate a cake with pipeing bags of frosting, cherries, gummy bears and even sprinkles! (All fake of course.) $95

Mini Sewing Camps: Sewing Clothes

from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

All levels are welcome learn how to sew and make yourself some awesome clothes. You can pick from our patterns or  bring your own pattern. Bring your machine! $110

Join us to dye some fabric on Tuesday, Then hand paint fabric on Wednesday. On Thursday we will make some really special creations. Children with sewing machines are welcome to bring them on Thursday.  (You do not need a sewing machine to sign up for this class, all levels welcome)

Mini Sewing Camps : Sewing Fantasy Creatures 

from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Make your favorite fantasy creatures, dragons, Unicorns, Mermaids, and more! Sew up some incredible fantasy stuffed creatures! Lots of magical fabrics, eyes and treasures to make a magical creature from one of  patterns or learn to make your own from a drawing!  $95

In this class students will create a 3 dimensional felted Pelicans, Owls or Penguins:! You will have enough materials to make another one!!!

Mixed Media Leaf

Hey guys!!! I am teaching a free class at the Woodbury Library tomorrow night (Thursday, September 24th) from 7-9 PM! Its for adults and teens…..come make a giant mixed media leaf! Animal Menagerie

Hold on to your hats!!!! Join Rachel Gerowe of Red Barn Originals at The Golden Button this year to create your very own menagerie!!!! Make a zoo, or a circus or your own collection for Noah’s Ark! The first class of the series will meet next Wednesday evening at 7 PM! Please let us know if you would like to come and which creature you would like to create! (owl, penguin or pelican!)

Friday, September 11th from 7:00 to 9:00

Drop off the kids for Fairytale Night! Create awesome artwork from your favorite fairytale! Make a giant beanstalk sculpture or a tiny 3-d fairytale town, make a “candy house” in the forest, build a castle with wooden pieces then paint it metallic gold! Lots of fun things to use and create and we may even read a few fairytales! Lots of fairytale inspired magical fun!

Ages 4 and up please! cost is $35 or $50 for two children!

September 18th: Adult Paint Night

Join us to create a guided painting! Miss Kate will take you step by step through a summer inspired painting! Snacks will be served (BYOB) $45 each or $70 for you and a friend!!! (You do not need to know how to paint!)
