The Golden Button is offering Mini Summer Camps! These mini “camps” are designed for your child to explore fun and new things. Every week this summer we are offering a variety of different sessions that will run from Tuesday through Friday. We will meet for about one hour a day. Plan ahead and hold a spot now! Space is limited! Each Mini Summer Camp week costs $50 plus a $10 supply fee.
For four days in June, your child will create a beautiful mini garden. Learn how to design them, plant them and make special treasures to decorate them! Each child will create a real mini container garden!
Mini Garden Camp runs June 25th, 26th, 27th, and 28th from 5-6 PM
From 3-3:45 PM little kids get to make fun projects too!!! Children will create all sorts of art based on colors and animals. 3-d art sculptures, wall hangings and paper collage art!

This mini camp is for kids who love fantasy. Learn how to draw fantastic creatures, dragons, fairies, gnomes and much more. Then make a beautiful whimsical painting and create toadstools, and much much more! This is going to be fun!

Four days of Shark Art!!!! Create awesome shark sculptures, learn about different types of sharks, then make a large shark painting to take home, shark printmaking and much more!

Take an adventure… Learn about maps and make your own… discover different environments and make art based on them! Get your photo taken in a far off land!
Adventure week begins on August 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th from 5-6 PM

Listen to the summer night sounds, Create a giant bug that really glows, make trees in the night, and a nocturnal animal! Lots of painting and glow in the dark fun! And maybe some outer space art too!!!

Bring your children to create beautiful one of a kind gifts for Mother’s Day! Cost is $12 per gift. Stop in between 12 and 5 PM on the following days to create garden stones, tea cups or mugs for your aunts, mothers, grandmas, nanas and other loves ones. Mugs have to be left overnight!

Projects include nature art, toad houses, and designing, planting and decorating mini gardens.
Cost is $55 plus $15 supply fee
Fridays are Mommy and Mini class 11:30 to12:15 Everyone is welcome… All Activities are appropriate for baby, todders, and little ones. (All materials are non toxic and safe for love bugs) You are welcome to bring a booster seat or just sit with your little one. We will explore lots of colors and textures with fun and safe materials! A little messy but a lot of fun!
Cost is $50 for 4 weeks

Thanks to everyone who came to see us at Earth Day! Its always sooooo much fun! Second year in a row with beautiful weather and a ton of great people! We met some new artists and I got some beautiful cutting boards!!! Saw a bunch of old friends… drank LOTS of coffee and got a little too much sun! And I now know… I need a hula hoop. Its official. (No pictures of me hula hooping… sorry)
Kate Stephen Jewelry was a few tents down from me!!! When I got away to take pictures she had also gotten away… So there is a photo of us together.. but I don’t have it yet…
Then a few more tents down was Laura!!! From Olive My Skin! I got some awesome Organic Dog Shampoo from her!!!!!!! Hopefully Laura wants to sell it at The Golden Button when I return from vacation!!!
And then there was the ridiculous nonsense with my coffee addiction…. My straight up black no sugar in mason jars… coffee addiction! hahhaa. Have a great week everyone see you on May 8th!
