Lets learn to crochet!!! Crochet is a needlework technique performed using a crochet hook plus fiber or other similar material

Learn crochet stitches and how to use them! We will begin with easy projects you will love!

Learn all about sewing with your machine and a little hand sewing! Create fun projects! Make pj pants and much more!!!! Bring your machine and your manual and any fabric you would love to use!

Cost: $65 plus $10 supply fee (Covers thread and fabric for practice! Please bring cozy flannel, fleece or cotton and elastic for your waistband)

Learn to crochet! Remember those blankets your grandma used to make? Or want to make a cowl or scarf, or baby booties!! Work at your own pace! Create little stuffed animals or veggies! Learn basic crochet stitches and learn how to use them! This is the perfect time of year to learn to make a blanket for a new baby or a little one in your life or maybe one for yourself! Pick your own project!

Cost is $70 plus $10 supply fee

This January lets make a Masterpiece!!! Kids will explore Painting, Drawing, and Printmaking! All ages are welcome!!!! So much fun!!! We will be creating paintings, drawings, and prints on new surfaced. Paint on metal, wood and found objects. Print on Fabric and wood, and draw on all kinds of cool surfaces! Learn basic hand sewing techniques, embroidery stitches, and how to apply vintage trim or appliqués. This is a great way to create something new from your old items! Want to create a new up-cycled t-shirt or bag? Bring some old t-shirts, a hat, pillowcases, or a fabric bag to up-cycle! Your imagination is the limit! So much fun!

Cost is $65 plus $14 supply fee

This January lets make Woodland Art!!! Kids will create a beautiful woodland forest, make woodland animals, decorate mushroom sculptures, and create a mixed medium forest painting with animals collage! SOOOO Much Fun! Great for kids who love the forest and animals! Friday Nights in January

Little children have fun explore different art mediums and creating art! All materials are safe and appropriate for little hands! We will create some art supplies in class! All ages are welcome. Parents, grandparents, babysitters may join! Paint with your toes, make a giant painting of you! Make a wooden sculpture and other fun projects!!!

Spend a very special event at The Golden Button and create some art together! All ages are welcome! Each family will receive a large canvas to paint! This might get messy! Wear old clothes! Work together to create a large piece of art to take home! Paint a picture or make a pattern or design and use everyone’s favorite colors! We will be using Acrylic paint… (It lasts forever! Its non-toxic but does stain clothes!)

Snacks and tea and hot cocoa will be served! This is a great opportunity for a wonderful family night out! (and Makes a great holiday gift!) Cost is $50 per family of 4 ($5 per extra person) (Please sign up early. Space is limited)

If you want to pop in on Saturday (tomorrow) between 11AM and 2:30 PM….We have some time to decorate Thanksgiving Turkeys Centerpieces!!!! Call ahead to reserve a bird or just pop in (I made extra!) They are soooo cute! Wear old clothes! All ages are welcome! $20 each covers all supplies and lots of feathers! They look much better when painted… I promise!

It is never too early to start thinking about the Holidays! Whether you have little children or lots of siblings and friends, we will create a wonderful thoughtful handmade treasured gift!
Each class we will focus on a new gift!

Sign up for one class, one session or the entire series!
This is a great way to be guided through projects you aren’t ready to do alone! We will create several projects then you can pick other ones you like!

Create one of a kind printed shirts, bags pillow cases, create a personalized piece of art out of a family or favorite photo (Photo Transfers!) and More projects to pick from!

Crochet week: Make a easy cowl or scarf, and Make toys! (Plus lots of projects to Pick from!)

Bring your sewing machine and learn how to use it! Create your project of choice! First session we will jump right in with a easy project! Then we will pick a project of your choice to continue learning! Please bring a sewing machine, and your manual.

Learn how to create this very awesome bag! Class runs for 4 sessions and meets for 1 hour. Learn how to create a pattern, use your machine, techniques for sewing, and learn how to make buttonholes. Please bring your machine, a buttonhole foot, and your owner manual. When you sign up we will send you a list of materials via email. This class is perfect for beginners or advanced beginners! (This is an excellent holiday gift! I know its early… but trust me… all your friends want one!)
