*Saturday, December 13th from 7:30- 9:30 PM: Kids Guided Paint Nights! Miss Kate will guide your child (Step by Step) through a painting! Treat will be served! Wear old clothes we will be using acrylic paints! A very good time! Drop the kids off and get some dinner finish your shopping meet a friend!!! $30 per artist or $50 for two! (Ages 5 and up)
In November you can sign up to create awesome Thanksgiving Centerpieces! Cost is $20 per Turkey includes awesome Paper mache Turkey forms, paint, feathers, and soooo much more!!!! Today we are working away at making turkeys! THis is not a drop in class You must sign up ahead of time to save a Turkey! (they take days to dry!)

Bring your sewing machine and learn how to use it! Create your project of choice! First session we will jump right in with a easy project! Then we will pick a project of your choice to continue learning! Please bring a sewing machine, and your manual.

The liquid or paste is then applied to a surface—usually prepared wood, though canvas and other materials are often used. The simplest encaustic mixture can be made from adding pigments to beeswax. Metal tools and special brushes can be used to shape the paint before it cools, or heated metal tools can be used to manipulate the wax once it has cooled onto the surface.)
Please keep in mind we will be using hot wax! Safety first!

-SundaySeptember21st Woodpeckers; Cost $40. Makes one 6″ woodpecker suitable for hanging on a wall.
-Sunday October 26th Witch or Wizard; Cost $40 each. Make one in class and a second of the same at home.
-Sunday November 16th Choose to make a deer, moose or camel. Cost $40 Camel makes one, deer and moose kits make two. -Thursday December 4th assorted ornaments. Cost $40 Make 3 different ornaments

During Autumn in New England journey outside to see the colors begin to change. As the air gets crisp and everything turns…. join us to create some beautiful landscape paintings. Here are some photos of the early stages of moving into our new Golden Button Arts & Craft Studio space! Lets just talk about some of the new and great aspects of this spot! Lots of natural light! LOTS OF PARKING!!!!! This space is TWICE the size of the last space and since we are focusing on classes and workshops (not as much on retail) it gives us so much space to work and create! Half the space will be dedicated to sewing, crochet, needle felting and other fun mediums and the other half (you can’t see in this picture) is dedicated to more messy projects!

During our Sunset Landscape Painting Class at Bent of the River… we discovered this beautiful secret door! Everyone painted it!!!!
