October marks the 8th year of The Golden Button!!! 

Join us this month for one of our four extra special workshops. Sign up for one of our great projects for just the cost of supplies. Space is limited. Hot cocoa and tea will be available during our very special mini workshops! Kids, teens and adults are all welcome for all of these workshops…except for the Little Kids Art (only little kids and parents or caregivers are welcome!) Space is limited and it is a first come first serve basis. If you can not make it for any reason please give us notice so someone else may take your spot!

Creative Art for Little Kids 

Saturday, October 12th 11:00 to 11:45 AM

Join us for this super fun little kids art class. Paint, decorate more. All little kids are welcome to join. Parents are encouraged to participate. Please let us know your child’s age. Class runs about 45 minutes. 

Cost is $12 for supplies

 

Hand Sewing! Make your own pincushion mug! (CAN ALSO BE USED AS A TOY!!!)

Sunday, October 20th from 2:30-4:00 PM

Sew up this cute little mug just in time for some cool weather. Personalize it with milks, tea, hot cocoa or coffee colored felt and a marshmallow, chocolate chip cookie or Oreo! Class is about 1.5 hours. (Some children may need help from an adult.) Cost is $15 for supplies

 

Pumpkin Paintings 

Wednesday, October 23rd from 6:00-7:00 PM

Paint your own pumpkin. Miss Kate will guide you along as you work with acrylic on smaller canvases. Ages 5 and up. Finish your sweet little pumpkin off with some personal touches. Class is 1 hour. Cost is $12 for supplies

 

Sew Up Some Bunting! 

    

Sunday, October 26th from 3:00-4:00

Join us for this super cute bunting workshop. Pick from endless colors and patterns to make one of a kind bunting! You are encouraged to bring your own sewing machine. (Beginner sewers are welcome) Class is 1 hour. Cost is $15 for supplies

Open Studio Hours: Halloween Drop in Art: 

Make a haunted house sculpture, paint pumpkins and other spooky projects! Drop in for a trick or treat and make something awesome!!!!!!!!! All ages are welcome. Prices vary by projects. So many to pick from! You do not need to call ahead or register just pop in during these hours….. Please arrive at least 1/2 an hour prior to end time. Thanks!

Sew Your dog a Coat 

Saturday, November 2nd from 2:00 to 4:00 PM

During this workshop you will sew a warm fleecy dog coat for your best friend! We encourage you to bring your own machine. (Please have some experience sewing and we will let you know what measurements we need from your dog.) 

Cost is $35 for supplies
